Guru Zorba’s deep longing to know life drew his mind towards criminology in Canada, he developed an interest in various topics like human emotions , crime, brain neuroplasticity, etc. He found a lot of joy and fulfillment in conducting workshops about various topics of Canadian law under a feminist non-profit organization. The love, affection, and acceptance which he received after every workshop or presentation always overwhelmed him. To further strengthen his skills along with the criminology diploma, he also got his certifications in life coaching and cognitive behavioral therapy.
Guru Zorba is also an amateur kickboxer , blue-red belt taekwondo. He had plans relocate to L.A. to pursue acting along with criminology, but the fall of 2016 changed the course and destiny of his life, Himalayas was supposed to be just another vacation, but ended up becoming a journey of enlightenment.
Guru Zorba at the age of 22 in the year 2016 attained nirvikalpa samadhi (enlightenment).
Guru Zorba’s Birth
Guru Zorba’s mother was the second wife of his father. He married her after the death of his first wife and had five children from his first wife. Some of the family members, with the fear of losing property, poisoned Guru Zorba’s mom and her first child was killed in her womb. His mother started to worship Shiva for a baby as she was also insecure about her own life.
A few years later, she gave birth to Guru Zorba in a rare kind of pregnancy known as “Cryptic Pregnancy” where she did not show any signs of pregnancy, including a pregnancy bump. Due to this, none of the family members could figure out that she was pregnant and during her pregnancy she had various auspicious dreams which indicated a spiritual enlightened soul was in her womb.
Spiritual gurus and saints predicated after his birth that he would become spiritual in life but would get into the occult and tantra. A renowned Brahmin guru of a math informed Guru Zorba’s father not to educate him in English nor give him a formal education, and instructed him to give Guru Zorba Sanskrit vedic education so that he learns vedic mantras in life before he learns occult mantras and named Guru Zorba at birth as ” Chinmaya Shanti Swaroopa Nandha”
Guru Zorba’s Spiritual Experiences as a Child
The first divine experience he had was of Shiva when he was around the age of 6. Around the age of 8 he got a darshan of Hanuman. At around the age of 13 he experienced a state of samadhi.
Guru Zorba, as a kid, always thought that every individual gets to see or experience God and never thought about his experiences as something special or exclusive.
Guru Zorba towards enlightenment
Guru Zorba, before his enlightenment experience, experienced all aspects of life. His soul went through all the pleasures of life; he was never a monk or a saintly person before his enlightenment. He experienced and enjoyed all the pleasures that the five senses could experience during his stay in Canada.
At a house party a beautiful girl with a red dress wanted to dance with Guru Zorba, and he too was interested, but all of a sudden when he was on the dance floor, he heard a voice within himself that said, “This is not who you are, and this is not what you are here for on this planet.” This shocked him, and he immediately left the house party, and he had to wait till he reached the Himalayas to get his answers.
